Cartier Reed has 8+ years of experience in single-family and multi-family residential development and is passionate about finding cost-effective opportunities for landlords/property owners in North East Ohio

With a strong background in the housing industry as a licensed real estate agent and real estate investor, Cartier is also a highly skilled Lead Risk Assessor dedicated to ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence. Cartier holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, OH. She has a B.S. in Business Management concentrated in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Cartier has successfully guided numerous clients through complex transactions, assessments, audits, and regulatory frameworks.​
